The shape and the design of the Mokador DIVA capsules are the result of a detailed study of coffee extraction flows.

The capsule’s shape reminds the portafilter in professional coffee machines.

In order to produce the new Mokador DIVA capsules, we introduced in our Company the newest generation plants in accordance with 4.0 INDUSTRY requirements, ideal for the perfect dosing of coffee and hot drinks under protective atmosphere.

Coffee grinding is obtained thanks to plants that work in several granulometry steps, a process which is constantly monitored through a high precision laser system.

THE NEWEST GENERATION PLANTS TO GUARANTEE A PERFECT ESPRESSO CONSTANT OVER TIME.

In order to preserve coffee qualities and obtain a stable final product, once grinded coffee is placed in special silos for a degassing process. Moreover the 100% oxygen barrier film placed in the capsule guarantees to keep intact the organoleptic qualities as to always get a perfect cup of coffee.
